We offer Express Post Shipping. If required, please select Express Post in the shopping cart at the time you place your order.
WA PLEASE NOTE:
Most of Western Australia is not in an Express Post Delivery Zone. Areas outside of Perth CBD, Express Shipping to WA usually takes between 2 - 5 working days, providing that the product is in stock at that time.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery time will depend on your location. See below.
EAST COAST OF AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 2 - 5 working days, providing that the product is in stock at that time.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA (metro areas)
You can expect delivery within 4 - 7 working days, providing that the product is in stock at that time.
MOST RURAL AND REGIONAL AREAS
Delivery to rural and regional areas generally takes up to 7 working days, providing that the product is in stock at that time.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (if you are located within the Australia Post Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery in 1 - 2 days if ordered by 11.00am, providing that the product is in stock at that time.
EXPRESS DELIVERY WA (or if you are located outside the Express Delivery Zone)
You can expect delivery within 2 - 5 business day if ordered by 11.00am, providing that the product is in stock at that time.
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email to track your order when it is shipped from our warehouse. Your email will contain a Tracking ID Number and a link so that you can check the delivery status of your order online with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
SIGNING FOR DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Unless stated otherwise, your order will require a signature. If you will not be home to sign for your order, please select "Authority to Leave" when you checkout in the shopping cart. Your order can then be delivered without a signature. If you do not select "Authority to Leave" and no one is available to sign when your delivery arrives, a calling card will be left.
IF YOU ARE NOT AT HOME TO SIGN FOR YOUR DELIVERY
If you will not be home to sign for your delivery, please select "Authority to Leave" in the shopping cart. Your order can then be delivered without requiring a signature. If you do not select Authority to Leave, For Australia Post consignments you will be required to pick up your parcel at a designated Australia Post Retail outlet.
For Fastway Couriers consignments, a second attempt will be made to deliver your order within two business days. If delivery cannot be made, arrangements will be made for you to collect your order from your local Fastway Couriers depot.
CHANGING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at info@cheapboots.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We do not ship orders over the Queensland Public Holiday period.
